A combination of various types of Manuka this firewood is ideal for long slow burning and is regarded as one of the best types of firewood available. Generally easier to light than Gum, Manuka is still best mixed with a fast burning softwood. Also used for smoking food Manuka has a subtle, sweet smoke ideal for meats and fish.

A scoop is enough wood to fill the boot on a medium car or half of a standard 6x4x1 domestic trailer.
