To the young man who cut my wood today, you did a fantastic job! The pieces were cut smaller in length and Im sure I will not have any I cant use.
I also wanted to commend Jean who I dealt with on the phone, and in person at the branch today. Her phone manner was excellent . She was very friendly and helpful, as was the man on the yard who helped me put some of the wood in my car.
I have worked in sales and training for years, and think good customer service should be noted.
I left today a very happy customer.

Just wanted to say thanks very much for your efficient prompt service - from the emails to the delivery of the firewood, and to the right place on the driveway! We’ve had so many hassles lately with a variety of companies that just can’t do what they say, or when they say, so it’s a nice change to find a company that actually can!!

Yesterday afternoon I came into your store to basically ask 'how to light a fire' for beginners. I just wanted to let you know that the service I received by the woman who works there was by far some of the best customer service I have received in awhile. Thank you for taking the time to show me how to start my fire, and advising me on what materials I would need - thank you also for getting the boys to load everything into my car so that all I had to do was basically go home and use your advice. I will be recommending your service to everyone
