To the team at Ablaze,

I just wanted to say thank you for our delivery of firewood which just arrived 15 minutes ago. From the lady I spoke to on the phone when I placed the order, to the phone call I received saying the wood was on its way, to the driver who turned up 2 mins later with the paperwork all ready and the complimentary firestarters and tipped the wood exactly where we wanted it - the whole operation was very professional, efficient and friendly. After a week of miserable service from other companies we were really delighted with your excellent service.

Suggestion

Hi,

I ordered some wood from you today, order number 392, which was promptly delivered. Just a suggestion, will you consider adding a service, in the form of stacking the wood? I really struggled to do this by myself and would not have minded to pay extra for this service.

Apart from the stacking, your service was good and the delivery guy friendly.

A note to say, thank you

Just a note to say, thank you very much for organising the installation of our fire and chimney demolition.

Nigel was simply fantastic. The chimney demolition was particularly challenging, and he faced this with a really positive and professional attitude. 

On the day he finished off our job the house was cleaned up beautifully – the only way we knew he had come was by the fact the chimney had gone!

We would highly recommend Nigel to anyone else requiring a similar service.

The fire is brilliant!

The fire is brilliant!

Thank you so much for your hard work on this for us. We have had it going for the last hour and so far can have all the doors open throughout the house and NO oil fins going!.

Also- pass on our thanks to the install people. They were most courteous, and had totally cleaned up before leaving. I even spotted one picking some roof out of the garden!

Evolution Pellet Fire

Hi Paula ,just a message to say how pleased we are with our new Evolution Pellet Fire we purchased from you this month.It meets far more than our expectations and the heat output is very impressive,we shall not be cold this winter and with the added benefit of not having to collect wood,store and cut it and have to light a wood burner and clean it out after use it will be a lot easier to manage.

We are amazed how easy it is to use and would recommend your product to anyone looking to purchase a pellet fire ,our friends love it and are amazed at the performance it gives.

A thank you from a customer

I wanted to thank David, whom I rang around Monday 9th to ask about getting my old Jayline woodburner baffles repaired.
I had previously waiting almost a month for the first firm I contacted to do anything, and they had given me a big story about not having the orignal type of baffle and having to replace the lining etc etc so I was very impressed that I was contacted on 11th...

All was repaired very rapidly on Friday 13th.

The appliance has now been tidied up with many marks & a patch of rust nicely covered.

Ready for Winter

Your compost and mulch have had our tomatoes, rhubarb lettuces and fruit trees producing more than we can eat.
